I am still in need of the exact format of the letter that is required to be submitted to the CA institute along with the form 109.The letter justifying that the transfer has been made by the mutual consent in between the principal and the article.Please help if u can.

also tell me will the downloaded forms 109,102,103 will do or i'll need to buy them frm the institute?

"This is to inform that Mr. XYZ (Student Registration No. WRO 12345632),

a student of CA Final, was working with us from 2009 till 2010, and has opted for Transfer of Articles as per amended rules of ICAI regarding Transfer of Articleship (Announcement Dated July 2^nd, 2010), that is, within the first year of Articleship Training and that the said Transfer has been mutually agreed to and is as per ourconsent."

i have completed 2.2year of articleship in masjid bunder & want to get transfer in CST....

As the area where i m working is not good for girls, and even my office environment and my principal is not so good....

can i get the transfer?

if yes? on what grounds?

pls suggest as soon as possible....

Hey Khushboo you can try for termination by mutual consent 

But, at first you have to take prior permission from the institute for such terination.

Its urgent can some one solve my confusion.

I am a PCC student and i have finished my 2.5 years of article traning. I am planning for termination under mutual consent . I have downloaded FORM 109 and i also know that i need to first take permission from institute and then submit the required form. My confusion is whether the same rules of transfer (Announcement Dated July 2^nd, 2010), will aplly to termination . Can i re- register my articles within the same city after termination under mutual consent.

pls.suggest me can i take transfer by the reason that i want go big city from a small city where only a single CA practicing.
