If a student starts training from August ( say 25th August, 2010 ), can he/she get transfer before 6 months , i.e. before February 2010....?

yes as per new rules an ipcc pass out student can take unlimited transfer during the first year of trainning.. but later he'll have to comply with the other nonsense conditions like transfer of parents within 50 km blahblahblah...
