I know this topic is very old to debate on but i would like to know about the current provisions under transfer of articleship.

As u get a lot of different news from a lot of different people & even the Institute doesn't provide enough information on the same, i thought of Caclubindia as the best option.

I am studying in Pune currently pursing my course & my articleship from here & plan on shifting to Delhi in a couple of months.

I'd like to know the legal formalities to be given to the institute apart from form 109. Do we need to give the institute a proof of our transfer or some letter or something?

Can some1 please tell me about the legal ways of transfering articleship if u change a city (i.e 50kms away from the same firm)??
