articleship tranfer

Hi friends , 

I have cleared my both group in Nov 2010 exam. 

I need to join article. I am in Nepal now . If i join article here and after a year or so if i need to come to india for better exposure can i tranfer ?

Can anybody know how many aricle can FCA take ? Because one CA here is planning to register for FCA where i wanted to do article  he is currently 3 article under him and i need to confirm can he take after becoming FCA , more than 3 article.
