Hello Friends,

There is a friend of mine who has qualified CA recently. As he did not take his articleship seriously he is facing serious trouble and suffering now. He feels that his theoretical knowledge is very good but is a waste since he has no experience of how to apply this knowledge in real life practical situations.

So friends i want your suggestions that what should he do now to overcome this problem as no reputed firm is willing to take him due to his inadequate practical experience.

I will really appreciate if you can give some serious solutions/tips to this problem.

Im sorry but dont agree. I took my articles too seriously but no use if one is not a CA.We are competing with MBAs also and ultimately degree matters.Artciles doesnt have much value unless practice

agree, But i will suggest your friend to better work in a firm where he can learn all what he has missed without hoping for high pay !! work under a CA which has lot of work atlest for 3-4 months and don;t hanker for high pay now !! leaning is important !!

first of all think that how many orther ca are out there who are in the same position still they have not come out with this issue.. means they have thought of way out that they only have to learn on there on..

try hard and youw ill get what you wanted.. suppose articlehsip would not have been thr then also ca were without experience and still they were managing practicle works.

i am not agree wid u as one of my friend has pssed in 2009 nov...........he is nw in IB(investment BANK),,,he hasnt done articleship.........the other friend is in big 4.........after CA........one is in one of the reputed listed company of india................so approach is imp not LABOUR WORK >>>i hav seen many students who hav cleared CPT in my life carrying TIFFIN BOXES of CA.......dats nt articleship dear...........thats a LABOUR WORK and against norms set by ICAI............so i m not agree......bt if genuinely CA are interested to provide knowlegde then articleship is welcomed...otherwise nt....thax............
