Articleship Training

Hello Friends,

My friend has completed his articleship training comprising 3 1/2 years on 14.06.2010.

Now, he wants to know what formalities he has to comply with for Completion of Articleship Training? He has Form 108 ready with him.

If any one knows the various formalities (Forms, Service Documents etc.) which are required to comply with, please share with me and also tell me in what time period he has to submit documents with ICAI.
