while calculating the excess leaves, can i take the credit of overtime hours worked under my principal. i had not taken any credit for overtime hours worked under my Ex-principal at the time of filing Form 109. my articleship of 3 & 1/2 years is going to be completed on 5th June 2010.So please tell me that can i take credit of overtime hours worked under my present principal & EX-PRINCIPAL. On 30th April 2009 i took transfer from my ex-principal & on 12th June i took admission under my present principal, so these 42 days can be compensated against my credit days. my atricleship will terminate on 5th June 2010 & in Institute records it will terminate on 18th July 2010 becoz of above 42 days. please advice me i do not want to complete my excess leaves under my present principal 7 i am going on leave from 1st April 2010.
