hi. i have completed an year and two months of my articleship. i want to transfer my articleship, due to family reasons and also too much pressure in the office as i am the only articled assistant and all work is dumped on me, but within the same city, i.e within 50 kms from my current office. earlier my auditor was ready to sign the form 109 on a date before one year of my articleship term gets over. but now he is not willing to do the same.
my query is are there any loopholes to join in anyother office within the 50 kms limit after the one year period?
if i produce a medical certificate that i didnt attend office for the last two or three months due to medical/health reasons, will it be accepted as a valid reason for transfer of articles within 50 kms?
