I have completed one year of articleship in October. However, I have still not submitted the form 109 to the institute. Is it ok or should I submit.
Will I still be eligible to take up my Inter exam after submitting the form 109, if I am not clearing it in Nov 2014.
Please advise.

Just complete all the formalities. ICAI will ask for additional documents if the compliances are delayed. But I don't see problems in you appearing for the exams. So, that should not be the problem.
But complete the pending submissions as soon as possible.
