I am completing 3 years of my articleship this month. What are the formalities for gaining termination from the principal . Do i have to just send the filled and signed form '109' to ICAI or is there anything else also to be done. What are the documents to be attached with the form '109' , if any.

109 is for transfer
no fomalities other than that
