I am 2 year articleship trainy in a firm. I am in need of 6 months rest due to my unhealth.
In this situation can i terminate the articleship for the while and rejoin after the leave. is this applicable?

Hi Seethu,
yes u can terminate and rejoin articles after a while but there is lot of procedures and conditions involved in it.Your reason for termination should be acceptable and justifiable .In your case as its because of health issues termination ll be possible & u can proceed the process for the same.
