articleship review

what I think is important is clear Exam ... I know many person doing articleship and can not clear PCC even in Five attempts.. if you can think you can do articleship without hampering your studies, then just join in a big firm oherwise just big a small firm and clear your exam in 1st attempt ...

Guys articliship is something we all most madatorily  do with happy or without happy, so i say why should we do any thing unhappy when we are doing something for our future, carrer.

So guys just do it full interst ....

U r right. No one is happy and we should go for changing the environment and systems with good & proper ways not in unhuman way like the ICAI & CA's.............

That's why, and that's how you can say that, my friend!  Just update us when you are through half of your articleship, don't cheat and take dummy! 

Only future will tell whether your articleship will help you in future or not..  But, tell you what... You can tell in present too, what you intend to do in future? Practise or take up a job (in non-CA firm)? Kind of firm your in? Kind of work you get? Your seniors/ colleagues/ boss/ other partners/ other staffs, their behaviour, attitude, etc.. It's more of management thing, if they're good they can keep everything in-line! If there's problem with people, the working style, management's to be blamed! 

Of course, you may not get what you expect, you may not end up doing what you intend to do..

A friend of mine was used to sent to get photocopies done during his initial months, to do cash deposits in banks, withdrawals, pass book updating, etc.. How do you say this helps? 

You cannot squeeze water out of a rock.. You cannot make things interesting when they're are not, and you know it..

When you intend to join some firm for articleship, choose the firm carefully, ask people already working there. Their responses maybe biased for a number of reasons, so try asking for a number of people.

As on now, I have seen many students who are not happy with their articleships.
Frankly, speaking Iw as neither with my 1st principle, but is quite satisfied now.
Forget work, you should be thanked, evn if you are being treated in "justly" manner.

Articleship could be very helpful, if taken in that sense.

Otherwise, its just waste of time, labour and in many cases your brain.

Ya... though my articliship is yet to start i am aware about the pros n cons of articliship & can see in my friends eyes, the pain who are doing their articliship...

hey guys thnx for ur response .. n i hav compltd my 3 yrs of articleship under d same  employee n now is bored up from same rotine work.. vouching auditing balance sheet n ol.. so was just upset abt mah stdies too...
