Can anyone please tell me where can I find(which section) the regulations related to articleship in Chartered Accountancy Act, 1949? Can I find them in CA regulations 1988?

But I want more explanation of Point No. 65 (Page No. 95). i.e. "Articled assistant not to engage in any other occupation."

if article get extension and he do not obey it what are the circumstances

Actually I m already a director in a private company and want to join articleship. Now what are the documents to be submitted to ICAI? What are the regulations which govern upon me?
What happens if the maximum number of articles students under an auditor exceeds the limit..? Actually my principal completed 7 yrs of his service and i joined articles under him as 8th articles student. Pls help me a way out
