Sakshi you are required to fill form103 along with deed form .

documents required: copy of

10th &12th mark sheets

CPT marksheet

IPCC marksheet

Orientation & ITT certificate

Form 102 & 103 along with franking of Rs.100 ( u can get franking done from a bank) & the date of articleship should be on or after the date of franking.
