Articleship registration letter not received

Dear Sir ,

            I had submitted the requisite documents for articleship registration on 13th july 2014 but yet to receive my articleship registration letter.But now I want to transfer to a new ca firm.Would i be able to join the new firm by simply submitting the form 109.

TO GET TRANSFER U SHOULD FIRST... GET REGISTERED WITH ICAI...THEN U CAN TAKE TRANSFER....SO FIRST CONTACT ICAI ARTICLE SECTION OF ICAI...WHETHER ANY NEW DOCUMENT TO B SUBMITTED OR OTHER DISCRIPENCY IN ALREADY SUBMITTED FORM MAY EXIST....
