I got registered myself for articleship on 15 april 2013 in WIRC of ICAI, from the help desk I got reply that they send my letter but till date I doesn't receive my registration letter & id card please suggest me ?

I got registered for myself on March,2013 and my articleship registeration letter is received at office on 25th July,2013 but till date I haven't yet received at home due to post Problem at my area. So, please its my kindly request you to resend my registration letter and I-card
