I registered in feb 2012 for articleship and still have not received any confirmation letter from ICAI.....Has anybody received final and articleship registration letter for nov11 attempt? and is there any updated link to know one's articleship status? reply urgently plzzz

Is there any new rule where one can give ca final exams only after completing 2 years of articleship?
