hello friends
i had submitted form 103 along with itt and orientation certificate copy ( not attested) in institute one month before, now i got the letter from institute to submit the itt , orientation certificate and ipcc marksheets duly attest copies by post. but i have not recieved ipcc marksheet yet. what should i do?
