Articleship registration help

Dear sir/madam, I registered for articleship on 15-june 15, and I did not received my articleship registration letter till now and my principal has got a letter saying that I had missed a page while sending my registration letter and send the same for registration. I sent the missing page on 23 July 15 and still I m not registered under my principal as I even checked in online and I didn't even received DD confirmation. please let me know how to contact Icai regarding this issue and procedures to be followed if any.
