I Have Joined My Articleship on 19 th feb and submitted the form 102 and send to the principal for the approval but due to Covid19 i am not able to go to office Because of which My Registration is not yet done.
When after The Restriction are removed and my firm get accepted after may will i be considered that i have joined from 19 th feb

Your CA should accept declaring that you have joined the articleship from 19th Feb .only then it will be considered that you have joined from said date.
And How Can He Declare That Through Online ??
When your CA login his SSP portal .your all details appear on his screen .he once verify your details and will accept your joining date confirming your information are true ..
