you need to get prior approval from institute for transfer in second year

what all documents i have to submit along with applicattion to institute?

as per the rules, medical certificate from govt hospital is must.... and in mah view this is the only requirement along with approval of your principal

any consentation regarding mutual consent from principal is required or not to be attached along with application?

Sir, can I ask my principal to sign by 3 days back to avoid these formalities? Is that possible?

the best way out is this... To ask your CA to get it sign 3 days back to avoid all these issues... 3-4 days back will  b better option
