Please solve my query, I want to take transfer from articleship and my principal has signed the form 109 with articleship period 1year and 3 days, now what have i to do? wether can i take permission from institute now to take transfer on medical grounds or to get form signed again after aking permission from institute?

you need to get prior approval from institute for transfer in second year
what all documents i have to submit along with applicattion to institute?
as per the rules, medical certificate from govt hospital is must.... and in mah view this is the only requirement along with approval of your principal
any consentation regarding mutual consent from principal is required or not to be attached along with application?
Sir, can I ask my principal to sign by 3 days back to avoid these formalities? Is that possible?
the best way out is this... To ask your CA to get it sign 3 days back to avoid all these issues... 3-4 days back will b better option
