They give time for leaves also. However, if you study from day one of joining articles atleast for sometime, then no need to worry about leaves. As said by some of seniors here, not all big4's, like EY gives leaves. But one should be ready to work for over times. Definitely it adds value to your resume.

i heard that big4 don't consider trasferred article...is it true?

if you have opportunity than go for it. but study should be from day one to complete whole syllabus because of no much tme.

As shared by other CCI members, it is true that Deloitte gives time when compared to E&Y. But you gets the expert knowledge in E&Y. If you want one, you have to loose one. SO decide carefully based on your needs for long-term.

hows lodha n co. as far as value is concerned????

Lodha & Co. is also a reputed firm. To my knowledge, Lodha is now part of BDO International. Because of this, I guess this firm might also get some works from international companies too in the areas of audit or consultancy. I hope if it is in Kolkata  or Delhi, then fine, because at other locations there are very few partners heading the firm. Check the same and also check the partners profile and total partners of the branch you would like to join in.
