My Principal wrongly calculated by ext to 55 days, now the institute says (on the intranet site) that it should be 70 days, please tell me whether any further formalities have to be done, BECAUSE THE 107 IS ONLY FOR 55 DAYS, BUT ACCORDING TO INSTITUE THE ARTICLES COMPLETION WILL BE ONLY ON THE 70th DAY, SO WILL I HAVE TO GIVE FRESH 103 FOR 15 DAYS??????? WILL INST ASK FOR ANY CLARIFICATION REGARDING THE SAME, OR WILL ISSUE 108 ONLY ON 70TH DAY???PLEASE HELP...

Form 107 Sent with Form 108 for serving excess leave taken after completing normal term of article

My articles got completed on 12th April 2010, There was an extension agreement, and My articles would get completed on 17th June as per the agreement and all the documents were completed and sent to the ICAI. As many are aware, we can check our articleship details on the intranet site of the Institute, According to the Institute the extension has been taken to get over on 25th June. This difference of 8 days is due to the error in the calculations of Extension. The Date as per the Institute is right, The question now arises, that for the 8 days after the agreement, do i have to make a fresh 103, or another 107????
