In the Revised Training Guide (Annexure 1) it is given that while calculating total leaves taken, we need to exclude days "other than weekly holidays".. So, if my principal is giving me National holidays like Deepavali holiday, Christmas Holiday, New Year Holiday etc.. are these part of weekly holidays or are these part of my leaves itself?
Can someone answer to the above question?

They are public holidays and should not be considered as leaves.
