Articleship query form 107 ot 102& 103 along with form 108.

Hello, Please guide me in this problem : I have converted from PCC to IPCC. So i had terminated my 1st articleship (old articleship )after 1 year. But during that period had taken excess leaves of 171 days. I started doing my articleship under another employer( say Employer 2) after clearing IPCC. At that time i had submitted form 102& 103. i.e for balance period of 2.5 years ( from 10/08/2011 to 07/03/2014) After submitting the same i received a letter from institute that i have been registered under employer 2 for 2.5 years & that excess leaves taken during old articleship was 171 days. Now my articleship is completing on 07/03/2014 and i have to submit 108. Which form do i need to submit along with Form 108 ( Form 107 or Form 102/103)as i want to serve excess leaves of 171 days of old articleship with employer 2 & in continuation with the current articleship i.e from 08/03/2014 to 25/08/2014.
