can someone help me?
I am into 3rd year of articleship. I have my ca final exam in nov 2015 for which i asked my ca to give me leave from 1st august. He denied to give me leave instead he said if i want leave, he will terminate my articleship and asked me to fill form 109. My articleship end date is 9th september. What are the options for me? can i serve rest of my period under another ca with extended time. Please help me as soon as possibble.

Best option for you is to ask your principal to allow leaves now and may be serve as a trainee for remaining days post exams,
as you can do extension under some other ca,but for that you have to file form 108 on completion of training,which in your case is 9th september.
So,i guess you should follow the option mentioned above i.e to somehow convince your principal

I tried really hard to convince my principal. But he is not even ready to listen. He said no leave otherwise termination.
Is there any other way that I can serve extra time after nov exam??
Hey Narender, For such harrasment you should take Form 109 and serve remaining period under other CA. You are in last year, must be in contact with some CAs. If not feel free to contact me on catarunaggarwal @ gmail.com.
thank you sir for your sincere offer for help. Yeah i know many CAs here in Surat. I just wanted to know that if i can serve remaining period under some other CA or not. Thanks for solving my problem. I'll definitely go for form 109 now.
For filing transfer as per 109 u have to take permission from ICAI first. Same will be done by writing a request to ICAI on plain paper.
