Hi Guys, I have a peculiar situation with me and running around for solution for past one year.
I have completed my PCC way back in Nov.2010. But due to my family financial background i was not able to continue my articleship. When i expressed the same with my principal things got worser between us. He didnt sign any termination form. But i left the firm to work outside as i had already completed my cwa. in oct'2011 my article period got over. Since i dint get any termination sign from my principal am yet to submit form 109. Asssuming that i will never get it done by my principal is there any way out for me to write final or register elsewhere for my articleship? I dont want to involve my principal in this issue since we are not in good terms.
please help me out guys
