yes it is required. One copy will be retained by icai... d second by ur employer/principal... n third by u.
No, ICAI seal is not required on any of the three copies of Form 103. However, since one of the copies should be sent to the Institue, they will put a seal on it after receiving. So you do not have anything to do with it. It is only for the use of ICAI.
I Have already submitted one copy of form 103 to institute? but do i need to get institute seal on other 2 copy of 103 as well?

No, U need not (actually should not) get Institute's seal on the other 2 copies of Form 103.

No, at present, clearing IPCC Group I is mandatory in order to commence Articleship.
