I have been registered as article for the period form 28.04.2008 to 24.04.2011 under My first Principal. But in January i applied for transfer of articleship ( based on transfer to a new city ) and on 31.01.2011 I submitted form 103 where my articlehip service was mentioned for the period 28.04.2008 to 31.01.2011 which also included excess leave of 305 days.
But my transfer got finally approved in september 2011... and i received a letter from the institute saying your articleship service is terminated under your current principal and you have served for a period of 2 yrs 2 months during your articleship period.
Now do i have to register under New Principal for appearing for my final exams or do i need to fill form 107, applicable for those who are serving their excess leaves..!
Please advice... as i am not able to appear for My final exams becasue of this articleship problem..!
