I have an a query regarding allowed leaves during articleship i know there is 156 or more leave can claim during 3 year articleship period
So
I have completed my 1 year articleship after that i have transfer to other CA firm for rest period..... In my 1st year claiming only 5 days leave..... Now in other CA firm can i take balance (156-5)= 151 leaves.....

As per my knowledge you can take your remaining leaves i.e. 151.
Yes u are allowed to claim 151 leaves. u are allowed to claim 1/6 of working days. bt no where it is mention that u have to claim it separately in each firm in case of transfer.
as per general rule when in case of transfer total leaves should not exceed 157 same is applies here. so u can claim 151 leaves.
