Before which date should i register to to be elligible for may, 2014.

B4 Nov means upto last day of  octobar..........this year.

upto 31st october 

Before Nov upto last day of october u can register after october also i.e. but ur r delayed by six months.

I have Completed 2 years and 9 Months articleship training,then i quit the training,and i got the experience letter from my principal,am i eligible to take again pcc exam,and wt is period of training,again i need to go through if i clear pcc exam.pls help me
