IPCC results are out, while I appeared for both groups my preparation was restricted to just group 1. However I have managed to pass both groups due to aggregate.
(1) At big 4 interviews will I be given a chance to explain the reason for absolutely terrible marks in group 2? (I studied only the prior day for each exam).
(2) How important are the actual marks of group 2? I have scored just 137 in group 2.

Miss Karina, Let me tell you my experience with Deloitte I got 472 in IPCC but just got 44 in Costing and FM and got exemptions in the rest. In the personal interview round, the first question I was asked was Y did you get less in costing is there any specific reason and I was like I was over confident and didn't concentrate much but I read the subject after my exams and he asked a couple questions in FM and I could answer them and another friend of mine who got 42 in law was not asked anything about it in his kpmg interview ...So it all depends on the HR manager who has taken up the interview and read those subjects in which you got less, before the interview because thinking that you re week in these subjects he may ask you questions relating to those subjects so prepare well before the interview...Its not just marks dear, there are so many things that they look at communication skills, your behaviour ofcourse your grip on the subjects ....All the best !
