I applied for transfer in jul 2009 and submitted for for termination from old principal and form for registration under new principal. Then i joined under new principal. But after 3 months, institute rejected my application for transfer . I was requested to join old principal. But he was not willing to take me back. He send a letter to the institute for clarification. On January 2010 he allowed me to join back. In March 2010 institute forwarded a letter stating we can take transfer or to continue. Then we decided to continue.
But now my principal want to consider that 6 months as leave.
What i should i do ?
Please help me....
