It is 3.5 years. leaves allowed are 1/6th of the period worked.

of 3 years, 1/6th of the actual period served will be allowed as leave. If you go beyond 1/6th the articleship period will be extended.

For eg:

Total days            3years * 365 days     = 1095 days

Less: Actual leave taken (say)              =  100 days

Actual period served                               =   995 days

Eligible leave (1/6th of above)               =  165 days

Now, compare eligible with actual leave

If Actual leave is greater than eligible then, you have serve extra period that is difference between Eligible and actual.

It is 3.5 years. leaves allowed are 1/6th of the period worked.
