do u know what r d criteria institute undertakes for determining misconductby articles
Don't your CA have work n clients?? Nothing will happen. He is just threating..
Full solid proof is needed to complain like behavirol misconduct, excess leave etc..
Disputes between article and ca haveto solved internally by both article and ca icai will not interfar in this matter
