As per ICAI Guidelines During the 3.5 year period of articleship you may avail the holidays of 180 days out of total articleship period served.

ACTUAL PERIOD SERVED= TOTAL PERIOD- LEAVE TAKEN
LKEAVE ALLOWED= ACTUAL PERIOD SERVED/6

Toal Period of Articles (in days) 3.5Yrs*365 =1277 Days
Leave Allowed is 1/6th of Total Period = 1277*1/6 = 213 Days
