Hello Friends..

How to calculate eligibilty of articleship leave in under circumtenses..?

1)Joining date at 1st employer 06/04/2012 and transfer taken was on 17/07/2012 and leave taken from their for a 18 days..

2)Joning date at 2nd employer 18/07/2012 and transfer taken was on 31/12/2012 and leave taken from their for a 10 days.

3)Joning date at 3rd employer 01/01/2013 and still continuing and leave taken at here 105 days...

so how to calculate total leave allow to me during the articleship period..?

for total leave u just take 1095 days deduct from this total no of ur leaves that u have taken n then divide the ans by 6.. The ans u will get will be total no of leaves allowed to u..

calculation will remain same even if i worked with more then one employer..

It shall be calculated on total number of days served under all principals..

Deduct ur leaves from total period of 3 years, then divide it by 6..which will result in alowable leaves to you..now compare whether ur leaves are excess or within limit.
