Articleship Leave Calculation
My Principal is considering Weekend Holidays during leave period as leave and calculating my leave according to that. Is it correct to do so. As such i have not heard. Due to this my leave has increased and lead to extention. Plz help me regarding this....

During a continuous leave period even holidays are counted as leaves. Thats the general practice / norm.
