Dear sir i had started my articleship from 17th oct 2012 and took transfer on 30th june 2014 showing medical reasons but my sir has shown 305 days of leave. So what are the consequences? Ami eligilble to appear for my finals in May 2015?

you can appear in final exam .But you have to work to compensate the excess leave .
But the ca institute in kolkata told me that my exam will be extended please help.

you must have to complete 2.5 year of Articleship Training before applying Final examination form.

No, 2.5 yrs only period of service (i.e including leaves)....however, excess leave need to served after completion of 3yrs(from date of registration and such completion include leaves also)
its 305 days absent.
