I have completed my articleship and have filled and submitted my Form 108.i had shown a leave of 170 days and have got a letter from ICAI about excess leave.I by mistake counted my GMCS and Finals exam days as Leave.Can i get the same rectified or do i have to furnish form 103 and Form 102 again?

Write a letter to ICAI - Articleship department explaining this mistakes.
Better get that letter sealed and signed by your principal ( best support for the facts)
Hand over in person to the concern incharge of articleship department.
If GMCS and exam days .. say 15 + 17 = 32 days are reduced from 170 days and it falls with the eligible leave..i.e 1/6th of Actual days served...DONE... no excess leave formalities ...
if after this calculations..ur leave exceeds eligible leave..brother..u have to do articleship for excess period..
