Can it be taken as Articleship Period Served?
Please post the relevant link of ICAI's website regarding it.
Bcom exam leave (although filed form 112) either for studying or writing exams, will be counted only as leave and not part of period served in articleship. In case of CA exams, study leave is counted as leave (not part of period served in articleship) but those days of CA examinations CAN be considered as part of period served in articleship.
