Articleship in mid sized firms

No , it is not true that byou will come to home midnight everyday, it may be only during the Hectic work perod-Sept and July, March end.

And so far experience is concerned , it is very nice.....as told by my friend working in Haribhakti

i've heard that we need a very strong reference & ranker like marks to get in..is it true?Also is the exposure restricted to one area or we can learn about different fields?

PS - Hariv\bhakti as said above is not a mid sized firm , it is 5th Top most CA firm having tie up with Foreign Firm BDO.

So far as working in Mid sized firm is concerned , you just need to clear the interview, no reference or rank is required. You will   not get  exposure in  all the areas , but  good exposure in two three areas .

what about stipend offered?Are we allowed to attend class & take exam leave?

Stipend is almost 2 to 3 times than the minimum prescribed limit , Yes , they allow to take coaching and sufficient leaves are too granted.

But , you may face coaching problems , due to mix Audits- Outstation as well as local.
