PLEASE CLARIFY WHETHER PENALTY UNDER RULE 14 OF CENVAT CREDIT RULES,2004 BE PAID THROUGH REVERSAL OF CENVAT CREDIT OR NOT?
PLEASE ALSO TELL WHETHER ALL THE PANALTIES UNDER EXCISE LAWS BE PAID THROUGH SUCH CREDIT REVERSAL?
