i want to take tranfer from my present firm as my principal uses abusive language and gives me irrelevant examples instead of work. i lied to him that i dont want to work with as my family is going to chandigarh for one year. its been 11 months i am working and he told me to write a letter for my transfer and attached it with 109 . now what will happen ? will i not be able to do articleship in delhi plz help me its urgent?

Hi ,

Friend In the 1st year of Articleship, there is no restriction on transfer of Articleship and a CA Student can
take a transfer from one CA to another CA without any prior permission of ICAI. There is no
maximum limit stated on the transfer of articleship in the 1st year and the CA Student can take transfer
as many times as he wants.

No prior permission of ICAI is required in case the article assistant intends to take transfer in the 1st year of articleship and can directly submit the Form 109 to ICAI.

Bro according to CA Act 1949 You can report about the concerned CA to the institute !! Next time he uses abusing language just record the entire conversation and report to ICAI

Sir i would like to know if he attaches the letter stating that i am going to chandigarh for one year with form 109 then i will not able to do articleship in delhi

You will only have to get form 109 signed.no letter required because in first transfer on basis of mutual consent is allowed.you just have to get form 109 signed.

Sir yesterday i signed form 109 . He didnt attached the letter as he kept it for his records but in remarks column of form 109 he wrote shifting to chandigarh resulting in transfer. Now what to do sir? Will i be able to continue my articleship ?

You mean in general comments & remark ?
He needs to mention any remarks regading your articleship regading leaves or bad behaviour but not this.

Sir,

I am doing my ca article ship 3rd year but in january 2021 i contracted to covid 19 and thereafter i have been suffering wih post covid heakth issues and had to take leave more than 610 months and still i am not in a oerfect health condition. Now my CA principsl is tgreatening me to terminate my articleship with writing remark that i have taken unauthirizsed leave. Duri g my initisl two years articleship training i was very punctusl attending office but since january 2021 i have not regular ateending office due to pist covid health issues. Please advise what to do if my CA Principsl terminates md with any negative remarks
