i,m bubbling with happiness that i've cleared both groups of ipcc in my first attempt. but soon after the tension to get into a good firm for articles caught me. i'm eager to join brahmayya & co but asked for a reference. i don't have any reference. what should i do?

There are many other equivalent reputed mid-size firms. Try for them. You gets equal/more exposure also.
