Dear All,

I am serving my last year of articleship and have CA-final exams due in May 2014 (i.e next attempt). My CA is sending me to an MNC as an outsourced/hired employee from feb 2013 for a senseless and garbage type of work. i am doing this for more than 8 months. Now i dont want to go to that company but my CA is blackmailing me if i dont go to that MNC he will destroy my career. I am not able to concentrate on my studies as not much time is left for my exams. I want termination from this CA but i have already completed 2 years of articleship.Please suggest me what to do i am really hopeless and helpless. i am crying every second but he is not listening to me

please help..please please

Dont panic.. go to icai of ur branch..whichever city u belong to. Personally talk to BOS,articles help section. Ask on what grounds u can apply for termination n check if u ll be eligible to appear for may exams if u terminate now. Tell them ur facing this problem n explain the whole situation. Am sure u can shift ur articles to another firm. Once u get that confirmed u don have to worry about ur auditor. He cant hold from signing ur termination form.he ll be held guilty of misconduct. Agreed with the above reply... But make sure your Auditor is not having any Commanding power over that Regional Chapter. You can take termination and it is permissable....

Hi karan I also faced same problem during my articleship So my suggetion is dont spoil ur relation with ur sir or dont complaint about him in icai Ye sab chije tumhara hi nuksan karegi May b bad ne jab tum articleship join krna chaho koi ca tumko apne ofc me nahi lena chahega Handle these matter petiontly I know its difficult I also gone thru same harassment during my articleship Koi valid reason socho jisse tum termination le sako
