Articleship extention due to excess leaves

My articleship got completed on 16.08.2014. But due to excess leaves it is extended further. I did not receive the letter earlier and now today is 16.10.2014 and 60 days have passed so I cannot fill up form 107. Even though I am still continuing under the same principle I have to get re registered for articles by filing form 102 and 103. Do I have to re submit the fees of 2000 also which ws taken at the time of my first registration? Kindly reply , I am in urgent need of help. Thankyou
