Articleship extension requirement
My articleship scheduled completion date is 3rd march but my principal wants to serve 3 months more after giving may attempt.Is there any extension form to be filed..

Ask him, will it be on paper or just mutual agreement.
Try to convince him that don't let it be on paper, mutually u will serve.
If he doesn't agree then u have to terminate original articleship on 03.03 and again register for 3 months extra period.
so there will be 2 forns u need to submit, and even within a month from 3rd March.

Agree with the reply above. Just see whats the general practice in your firm. Try to convince him for offpaper only,
