Articleship extension problems
my ca articleship was over in papers on 05.08.2013 and when i filled the form after around one month my employer had put excessive leave around 95 days. This means i have to further do 95 days training but since i didnt continue under him after 05.08.2013, what procedure is to be adopted. also yet no letter of institute has come regarding extension.
kindly also tell that I can instantly register under new employer or i have to wait for any letter from institute regarding extension.
the latter part is more serious query for me.

without waiting for letter from ICAI, please execute Form 102 and 103 with another CA for 95 days and submit the same to the institute.
What about registering under new employer? Is that possible?
And can we start the extended period only after the date of stamp paper?

You need to buy a new form 102 and 103. So in any case you cant start articleship before that day.
