my articleship was initially registerd from 26/09/2012 to 25/09/2015. I have taken excess leave of 143 days for which i have submitted Form 108 and Form 107 (New deed from 26/09/2015 to 16/02/2016 of 143 Days). but i have taken leave in November and december also and accordingly my Extension period on 15/02/2016 will be 53 days. i am totally confused which option i will select in my CA Final Exam form amongst five options given there as i will serve further extension period after May 2016 (after my Ist attempt exam). and please also inform which forms are to be filed with institute (which i am thinking to file only after May 2016)

1.Regarding which option you need to select while filling the CA Final examination form-
You need to select the option which says- Serving the last 6 months of articleship (including excess leave, if any) i:e you will be completing your articleship on or before 31st of October, 2016.
2.Regarding the form which you need to file for the extended period- In my view, Form 103 will be required to be filed. Kindly contact ICAI officials for exact confirmation of the same.
